Dental Hygienist
Carlos Sanchez, RDH, BSDH, MPH is a compassionate and highly skilled dental hygienist who graduated from the dental hygiene program at the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. He attained his Master in Public Health degree with an emphasis on Health Education and Promotion from the USC Keck School of Medicine.
He enjoys working in private practice as well as community based public health events and is currently a contributing faculty member to the Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC as a clinical associate professor and Co-director of its Neighborhood Mobile Dental Van Prevention Program. He has served on the Board of Directors of various dental organizations and is past-president of the Hispanic Dental Association of Los Angeles. Mr. Sanchez is an avid sports enthusiast and worldly traveler who enjoys hiking, surfing and being in the outdoors.

I am also foreign trained dentist with a degree in Dental Science and a dental alumnus since 2000 from Santa Maria University (USM) in Caracas, Venezuela. I am a proud member of the Red Cross since 1995, with specialized training in first aid and disaster relief.
Family/Hobbies/Personal Interest:
I am from Venezuela. I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I have been married since 2000 to my loving husband Carlos, who is an exceptional husband and father to our daughters, Victoria and Elizabeth. She is my biggest treasure. I enjoy and love listening to her voice when she sings at home. My principal hobbies include watching movies and television shows about medicine. My personal interest is to pursue excellence in my daily life activities to ensure an enriching and positive atmosphere for my family and friends.

I grew up in Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Cal State University Fullerton. Prior to working as the dental insurance and billing administrator at Dr. Sanchez's dental office, I worked in the insurance industry as a manger in the special investigation unit. I am a proud mother of four beautiful children and enjoy physical fitness, politics, and being a supporter & cheerleader for my kids at their respective sporting events.
